1.Customers send their demands to us

    By means of email, telephone call, fax, internet communication tools, the website ordering system of our company, etc.

2.Our response:

    Communicat by many different ways to meet customers'requirements¡£

3.Customer place orders:

    By means of email, telephone call, fax, internet communication tools, the website ordering system of our company,etc.

4.Sign and return:

    a,Reply to the customer and confirm to his order with our sales representitive's signiture in the Proforma Invoice¡£
    b, Getting confirmation from customers with sign back Proforma Invoice with all details confirmed and agreed.

5.Shippment:

    a, Shippment will be made according to customer¡¯s requirements (by air, sea and express mail)
    b, For overseas orders, , we send by global express DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX or Air.
    c,Customers check: including quantity ,quality¡£ 

6.Service after sale:

          Normally, All brand-new goods carry 12 month warranty under   normal  use since the Commercial Invoice issued date.
