1.Why player cannot display lyric when playing song:
Make sure the lyric loaded into the player is LRC format and the language setting of Player is same as the song's language.

2.Player displays “starting”, then appear “logo”, and turns off:

1. Pls check if there is enough power.
2. Pls make sure that the Player is removed from the PC safely.
3. Using “FAT” format and go to your local player supplier to do the firmware upgrade.

Make sure the player is removed from PC safely each time:
Right click the “USB” icon when you would like to remove the player away from the PC.
And select that remove the USB safely mode.

3.Player cannot charge successfully:

• Pls check if charger is defective: connect the Player into your pc to see if it can be chargered.
• Check if the USB port of player is damaged.
• Make sure that you set the “ON-OFF” button at “ON” mode.

4.Player cannot play the song:
Pls check that if the song's format is compatible to your player or not.

5.PC can recognize the player under win98, but cannot find the remove disk:

• Install the win98 drive (attached CD)
• Replace an new usb cable to see if cable is damaged

6. Player can play songs, but cannot player certain song at the disk, or turn off when player certain song at the disk:
Pls check that if the songs format is the compatible format to your player. Even sometimes, songs can player at your PC, it cannot be played smoothly at your player, because player require more strict standard format.

7.Format your player:
Normally, you need to format your player using FAT format mode, but sometimes, at some special disk, you need to format using FAT32 format mode, pls turn to your local supplier to ask for advice if there is any problem.
